We’re so excited to invite you to be part of The Christmas Witch movie as an extra in our upcoming Halloween Party / Brigid’s Birthday scene!
📅 Filming Date: Monday, October 27th
📍 Location: Camp Grace
6385 West White Mountain Blvd
Lakeside, Arizona 85929
🎥 Scene Theme: Halloween Party & Brigid’s Birthday Celebration
This will be such a fun and festive day on set — complete with costumes, decorations, and the cozy, slightly spooky charm of Amberlight Valley.
⏰ Call Time
Featured Extras: Please arrive by 10:30 AM, as filming will begin at 11:00 AM. All other Extras should arrive at Noon. Please remain quiet, as filming will be in progress. The coordinator will escort you to the designated waiting area. Make sure to keep your day open, as you may be on set for several hours.
📝 Forms
We’ll include links to all necessary release forms in this email. Please fill them out ahead of time and bring printed copies with you (or email them to us prior to the shoot). Even if you are bringing a form, we will need your name, parent or guardian's name via email.
🎭 Costumes
Please come dressed in non-licensed, Halloween-themed costumes — think creative, family-friendly, and fun! Vampires, wizards, woodland creatures, pumpkins, fairies, etc. are all welcome.
We kindly ask that you avoid gory or horror-style costumes (no fake blood, weapons, or gruesome makeup). This film welcomes a little spook, but nothing scary or violent.
Featured Extras: Wear & bring something wintery and cozy for your scene at North Haus Co. Something that you could also wear to school, but is cozy enough for a Hallmark Christmas vibe. 2 outfit options are preferred.
👨👩👧👦 Parents & Guardians
If your child is participating, a parent or guardian must remain on site at all times during filming. You may participate as an extra, either in a costume or just regular clothing! You will also need to sign a form and release!
🍔 Food & Drinks
There will be several food trucks on site throughout the day. We recommend bringing cash for food and drinks, or you may also bring your own water and snacks from home.
🎬 On-Set Etiquette & Reminders
To help everything run smoothly, please remember the following while on set:
Quiet on set when filming begins — once “rolling” is called, no talking or loud noises.
Please listen for directions from our production team.
Stay with your assigned group and check in with your parent/guardian before leaving any area.
Be respectful of cast, crew, and equipment — we’re all working together to make something magical!
Have fun, smile, and enjoy the movie-making experience!
We can’t wait to bring this scene to life with you — your energy helps make Amberlight Valley shine on screen.
With excitement and gratitude,
Dalea Faulkner & Martina Webster
