Frequently Asked Questions
📚 Books & Stories
What is the Amberlight Valley Trilogy about?
Amberlight Valley is a heartwarming, slightly-magickal small-town series about healing, belonging, and rediscovering hope. Each book stands on its own but also connects through shared places, faces, and the timeless theme of finding light after loss.
Do I need to read the Trilogy books in order?
I do recommend it. You can absolutely read them as standalones, but if you’d like to follow the valley’s story in order, begin with The Christmas Witch, then Lost in Time, and finish with The Secrets of Starlight Lake.
Are your books connected to your films?
Yes! My films bring the world of my books to life. Some locations, characters, and bits of lore overlap — like hidden Easter eggs waiting to be discovered.
Will there be more books set in Amberlight Valley?
Yes. I’m currently working on a different series, The Lantern Trail Trilogy, which will be the first books set in The Hearts of Amberlight Series. Love at the Lantern Trail, book one, is a cozy fall romance that takes place in Amberlight Valley with new characters and familiar warmth.
Where can I buy signed copies?
Signed copies are available through my online shop and at select local shops (like Noley’s Gathering Place in Payson). You can also find my books on Amazon as well as Kindle.
Are your books appropriate for all ages?
The Amberlight Valley Trilogy books are suitable for tween, teen, young adult, and adult readers who love heartfelt stories with emotional depth and gentle magic. The Magic of Night, my children’s picture book, is perfect for younger readers. The (upcoming) Hearts of Amberlight series is meant for young adult and adult readers looking for cozy and clean romance.
Do you offer book club guides?
Yes! You can find discussion questions for The Christmas Witch, Lost in Time and The Secrets of Starlight Lake on my blog — perfect for book clubs, cozy nights in, or a little self-reflection after reading.

🌙 A Few Fun Things
Where did the name Amberlight Valley come from?
It came to me like a whisper — part memory, part dream. It’s the feeling of warmth after a storm, the glow of hope when everything feels dim.
Do you have any pets?
Yes! Cooper is my golden retriever, and the biggest cuddle bug ever… he thinks he’s a lap dog. Luna and Orion are my two beloved cats — my little muses who often appear in my stories (and occasionally walk across my keyboard).
If someone’s new here, which story should they start with?
Start with The Christmas Witch — it’s where the valley’s light first flickered to life. From there, follow your heart wherever it leads.
✨ If your question wasn’t answered here, you can always send me a message or say hello on Instagram — I love hearing how the stories find you.
With warmth and wonder,
